This includes manufactured housing, modular housing, HUD Code homes (mobile homes). We are also one of the few lenders that continue to offer construction loans to assist you in placing your new home on land. We do this with what's called a "Construction to Perm" loan where we close your loan once, and when the construction is completed, we roll it into permanent financing at competitive rates with low costs. (Both single close and two close construction-to-permanent loan programs are available). We hand select the most popular and cost effective residential loan products available in the manufactured housing mortgage and modular housing mortgage arenas, are direct sellers to Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and are endorsed by FHA in order to deliver the most cost effective mortgage to our manufactured home and modular home consumers. Our "Retro-Fit" program allows homeowners to easily convert a non-compliant foundation to a permanent one that meets all lender requirements for a conforming or FHA mortgage, and includes the ability for "cash-out." We also have options for cash-out and debt-consolidation mortgages, 2nd and vacation home loans, and manufactured home-only (chattel) financing. A wider choice than you can find almost anywhere.
